VENICE, Fla., April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ – Mattamy Homes’ Southwest Florida Division and Wellen Park (one of the top-selling master planned communities in the US) were among the top honorees at the Suncoast Builders Association 2026 Parade of Homes, earning a combined seven awards during the event held March 7-29 in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Mattamy Homes’ Southwest Florida Division earned five awards, including Best Overall Community recognition for Brightmore at Wellen Park, as well as multiple Best Overall Multi-Family Home honors. The Delmar II model in Lakespur and the Acacia model in Palmera were each recognized for excellence within their respective price categories, with Acacia also receiving Best Overall Multi-Family Home.

Separately, Wellen Park, the master-planned community developed by Mattamy, received two awards, including Best Overall Development and Best Overall Development Category 1, recognizing the scale, vision and execution of the community.

The 2026 Parade of Homes marked its 60th anniversary and featured 130 model homes, celebrating design, innovation and craftsmanship under the theme La Dolce Vita – The Sweet Life.
