JOYX and Hitch Interactive Form Strategic Partnership to Build the Real-to-Real Data Layer for Physical AI

JOYX Inc. (“JOYX”), a Physical AI company, and Hitch Interactive, a robotics company, today announced a strategic partnership to accelerate the deployment of embodied AI systems in real-world commercial environments.

Under the partnership, JOYX provides the data side of the stack: capture, spatial reconstruction, and verification of human and robot demonstration data, and conversion of that data into embodiment-ready, metric-accurate data through its real-to-real pipeline. Hitch Interactive provides the robotics side: access to its Hitch Open robotics platform, standardized hardware and control interfaces, open-source software stack, and the real-world environments in which those platforms operate. Together the parties intend to deliver complete, deployable capability packages for specific vertical scenarios rather than isolated components.

Closing the real-to-real loop. Most robot learning today depends either on teleoperation, which is accurate but cannot scale to the diversity of the real world, or on simulation, which scales but leaves a persistent gap between simulated and physical behavior. Real-to-real takes a different path: real-world video and sensor capture is reconstructed into metric 3D, retargeted onto a specific robot embodiment, verified against physical constraints, and returned to a real robot as training data. The loop begins and ends in the physical world.
