Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Priti Shah as Partner, Product Excellence within its Center of Excellence (CoE). The appointment expands Frazier’s Center of Excellence with a dedicated product strategy expertise and execution capability that will help portfolio companies strengthen product strategy, accelerate platform development, and drive product-led revenue growth.
Frazier continues to deepen its Center of Excellence, which delivers Fortune 500 talent to its portfolio companies across key areas, including Human Capital, Technology & Innovation, Data Analytics & AI, M&A & Corporate Development, Finance, Operations, Legal, Commercial Excellence, ESG, and now Product Excellence.
“Product Excellence is a natural addition to the Center of Excellence as our portfolio companies increasingly compete on the strength of their product innovation, development, and marketing capabilities,” said Andy Caine, CoE COO & Partner. “Priti has led multi-product platform expansions, cloud migrations, and AI integration at scale across healthcare technology companies. That experience will be an invaluable resource as our management teams navigate those same transformations.”
Ms. Shah is a healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience spanning product, technology, and commercial leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Product & Technology Officer of Iodine Software, a provider of AI-powered clinical intelligence solutions, where she owned the full product platform, including engineering, data science, design, infrastructure, and strategic marketing. Under her leadership, Iodine evolved from a single-product company into a multi-product AI-powered clinical intelligence platform serving many of the nation’s premier health systems. She also led the company’s migration to public cloud infrastructure and strengthened its senior leadership team.
Previously, Ms. Shah served as Chief Product Officer at Finvi, where she shaped product vision and corporate strategy and led the transformation of the company’s existing product suite to a SaaS model. Before Finvi, she was Vice President, Global Product & Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Health, where she led a global clinical effectiveness SaaS portfolio and built an international commercial business unit. Earlier in her career, Ms. Shah held product and corporate development roles at Skillsoft and Citrix Systems.
Ms. Shah holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Mumbai.
“Every healthcare company I’ve worked with faces a version of the same challenge: how to evolve from a point solution into a platform that compounds value,” said Ms. Shah. “Frazier’s portfolio sits at the center of that transition, spanning provider technology, clinical intelligence, and healthcare services. I’m excited to work alongside these management teams at the moments when product and strategic decisions can have the greatest impact on long-term enterprise value.”
